How it works
1. Contract & onboarding
We agree on contracted hours, fees, escalation paths. Branded employee comms ready to send within 5 days.
2. Employees self-refer
Your people call our dedicated line or use the online portal. They mention the employer code; we handle the rest.
3. Care happens
Same clinical standard as our private clients. Sessions in-person or telehealth, in business hours or evenings.
4. Monthly utilisation
De-identified aggregate report: how many sessions used, top presenting categories, ROI on contracted hours.
Critical incident response
Workplace incidents — fatalities, serious injuries, violence, mass redundancy — need rapid, professional psychological response. We provide on-site or telehealth response within 24 hours of contact, follow-up debriefs at 1 + 4 + 12 weeks, and confidential individual support for anyone who wants it.
