About Bülent

Bülent Ada is a Clinical Psychologist and the Director of Mind Health Associates. With over 20 years of clinical experience across public mental health, private practice and community settings, he brings rare depth and warmth to every therapeutic relationship.

Bülent takes a collaborative, evidence-based approach, integrating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients achieve lasting change.

He works extensively with adults managing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, personality difficulties and occupational stress. Bülent is particularly passionate about supporting clients who feel stuck — helping them move from surviving to genuinely thriving.

Bülent is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). He supervises registrar and provisional psychologists and contributes to the wider psychology community through training and advocacy.
